Certain items are labeled as "Special Order." In order to lower prices, we reduce our costs by shipping directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. When these Special Order items are purchased it can take up to two or three weeks for the product to reach us before it is shipped to you. If you are ordering multiple items, you may want to order the Special Order item(s) separately in order to prevent a delay for the rest of the order.
If an product in your order is a Special Order item, it will say so on the product page, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and on your invoice receipt.
We reserve the right to sell products only to end-users located in the United States in quantities typical of purchases for individual use. It is Altrec.com's policy to NOT sell products that it deems destined for a secondary market or auction website (Ebay, Craig's List, etc.).
